Doug earned a B. A. in Business Administration from the College of St. Thomas, a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) designation, and has over 30 years of line, staff and executive level experience in the airline, retail, manufacturing and service sectors. As founder of Performance Management Group, Doug focuses on the development of innovative purchasing and supply chain service offerings to a broad range of industry clients.
Bill Collar, Motivational Speaker & Humorist, Bill Collar was a social studies teacher and football coach for 29 years at Seymour High School. He has been
recognized as Social Studies Teacher of the Year, Wisconsin Teacher of the Year, and Wisconsin Football Coach of
the Year. He coached state champions in football and track. A unique motivational speaker, Bill combines a rich
treasure of motivational principles with common sense and humorous anecdotes. After speaking parttime
for 20 years,
Bill now shares his message with audiences throughout the nation.
Through the use of images and lessons from history, a meaningful story unfolds as Bill relates the process
necessary for personal success. Bill's enthusiasm is contagious as he draws upon personal experiences and the lives
of great Americans to tailor his presentation to the interests of the audience. His "All The Way With PMA!" theme
applies to individuals in all walks of life. A recipient of the Dave McClain Distinguished Service Award for football in
Wisconsin, Bill has spoken with groups ranging from the Wisconsin Badger Rose Bowl Champions to keynoting the
State School Superintendent's Convention.
Ken Leisener, Regional Vice President, Protective Dealer Services Group: Began his automotive career in Northern Virginia as a Finance & Insurance Manager. In a ten year retail career he progressed from F&I Manager to Used Car Manager, New Car Manager, General Sales Manager and General Manager. In 2005 he joined Universal Underwriters Group (now Zurich Direct Underwriters, a division of Zurich North American Commercial) as a F&I Executive providing F&I products and training and consulting services to Virginia automotive dealers. He accepted his current role with Protective Dealer Services in 2007 and moved with his family from Virginia to Madison, WI.
Protective Dealer Services is a Finance and Insurance industry leader providing high quality, financially stable F&I products to dealers in the auto, marine, RV and powersports segments and is part of Protective Life Corp. (NYSE: PL).
Mike Mader, Partner at Baker Tilly, LLP, currently leads the dealership practice out of the
Northeastern Wisconsin office. Mike brings with him seventeen years of auto dealership experience, he
has been with Baker Tilly for nine years working exclusively with dealerships. Prior to Mike’s career in
public accounting, he has served eight years in various dealership capacities with key responsibilities
ranging from biller to general management. He regularly speaks for several organizations presenting on
dealership operations, controls, and fraud prevention. Mike has performed fraud investigations at a
national level and currently leads the Wisconsin team of forensic accountants for Baker Tilly.
Daniel McNeff, is currently the C.E.O. for the Legally Mine LLC. In addition to running his own businesses for the last 20 years he has served as The Senior Vice President of one of the Nations largest financial services company for 15 years. He is a published author with one book and many magazine and newspaper articles. He has been married for 27 years is the father of 8 children and grandfather to 3 so far.
Mr. McNeff has conducted hundreds of seminars and is responsible for helping thousands of people protect their assets, and reduce their tax liabilities.
William Sepic, WATDA President, served as CEO of the Lansing 3-County area Chamber of Commerce. He has held Chamber positions in Minnesota and Kansas in the past. Bill has proven himself to be a professional leader who advances each organization he has served.
Dr. John Weaver, Psy.D. John Weaver, Psy.D. is a Licensed Psychologist who received his Doctor of Psychology degree from the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology. He also has a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Marquette University and a Master of Divinity degree from St. Francis School of Pastoral Ministry.
John designed The Healthy Thinking Initiative and has coordinated the efforts of the development team. He has taught mindfulness to groups and individuals since 1997 and has been engaged in his own mindfulness work since 1972. He works both as a clinical psychologist, with more than a dozen years experience at Stress Management and Mental Health Clinics, Inc. and a business consultant with more than 20 years of practical experience with organizations, individuals and groups. He is the author of nine articles for business publications including “Surviving Real World Stress,” “Remedies for Workplace Violence,” and “Failures of a ‘Perfect’ Leader” and he is co-founder and owner of Psychology for Business, bringing applied psychology to business and industry. He is the chair of the Wisconsin Psychologically Healthy Workplace committee, a board member of the Wisconsin Psychological Association, and is an accomplished professional speaker.
