As of June 1, 2009, WATDASI's forms and products are now easier than ever to view and order online. Through a new website called WATDASI.com dealership staff can order anything from car lot signage to Wisconsin specific forms.
"The new site is much easier to navigate," (compared to the old Order Forms page), and it allows dealers to view small or large pictures of items," explained Donna Michaelis, WATDASI Forms and Products Manager.
Recently, WATDA cut its staff so automated tools like the WATDASI.com com site can help the association maintain a high level of service with fewer people.
The first time a dealership orders on WATDASI.com it has to establish a login and password and enter its shipping and billing information. From then on, dealership staff can login and order without needing to rekey anything.
"Dealers can always call us if they need assistance," says John Strange, WATDASI's Account Manager, "WATDASI.com is intended to provide a fast, efficient way for dealers to place those routine orders."
