To Use Online Registration You Must:
- Be an employee of a member dealership, and
- Be listed as a dealership employee in our database,
and
- Pay with a MasterCard or Visa credit card.
If all of these are true you can utilize online registration
to sign up for a WATDA event. If not, please call, fax
or mail in your registration.
Step By Step Instructions
- Go to www.watda.org
- Click on Member
Login on the left or right side of the
screen.
- If you know your personal login, log into the secure
side of the site using your personal login and skip
to step 11.
- If you don't know your personal login use your dealership
login. If you don't know what your dealership login
is, please check with the owner or general manager
of the dealership before contacting WATDA. (For help,
contact WATDA by phone (608)251-5577).
- Once logged-in you will see the name and ID# of
your dealership's prime contact under the heading
"Profile" on the left side. Click on the
ID#.
- In the center of the screen you will see your dealership's
information. Scroll down to below the dealership information
for the list of employees. If your name is in the
list, you can register online. If not, you must call,
fax or mail in your registration.
- Note the ID# to the left of your name.
- Click logout.
- Click on "Login" on the blue bar at the
bottom of the screen or
go to Find Help For Your Dealership and click on Member
Login.
- Log into the secure side of the site using your
ID# and the password mywatda. Enter the password in
all small case with no spaces.
- Click on Dealer Events (on the left in the bottom
blue box).
- Click on the Event for which you want to register.
- Click on all of the functions you wish to attend
and click checkout. If there is only one function
click it and click checkout.
- Verify that the event information listed in the
description and price area is accurate.
- Enter your credit card information and click checkout.
- You will receive an email confirming your registration
within 1-2 days. If you do not receive email confirmation
within 1-2 days, WATDA probably has an incorrect email
address for your account. Please contact WATDA to
update your email address.
How to Enter Multiple Registrations at Once
- You do not need to login for each individual you
want to register, instead
- Follow steps 1-15 to register the first individual.
- Click on Dealer Events (on the left in the bottom
blue box).
- Click on the Event for which you want to register.
- Click on the desired individual to be registered
from the pull down list titled "Member".
- Click on all of the functions you wish to attend
and click checkout. If there is only one function
click it and click checkout.
- Verify that the event information listed in the
description and price area is accurate.
- Enter your credit card information and click checkout.
- Repeat this process for each individual you wish
to register.
If an individual does not appear in your dealership's
employee list, you can call WATDA at (608)251-5577,
during business hours, and request that an individual
be added
