To Use Online Registration You Must:

  1. Be an employee of a member dealership, and
  2. Be listed as a dealership employee in our database, and
  3. Pay with a VISA credit card (WATDA no longer accepts Mastercard as of 7/1/17)

If all of these are true you can utilize online registration to sign up for a WATDA event. If not, please call, fax or mail in your registration.


NOTE: Our registration program is not compatible with Internet Explorer, please use Firefox or Google Chrome browsers.

Step By Step Instructions:
  1. Go to www.watda.org
  2. Hover or click on Dealer Help and select "Register for a Seminar or Event".
  3. Select the seminar or event for which you wish to register.
  4. If you know your personal login, log in by clicking "Log On" at the bottom of the page. (If you don't know your personal login contact WATDA by phone (608) 251-5577.)
  5. Click on all of the functions you wish to attend and click checkout. If there is only one function click it and click checkout.
  6. Verify that the event information listed in the description and price area is accurate.
  7. Enter your VISA credit card information and click checkout.
  8. You will receive an email confirming your registration within 1-2 days. If you do not receive email confirmation within 1-2 days, WATDA probably has an incorrect email address for your account. Please contact WATDA to update your email address (608) 251-5577
How to Enter Multiple Registrations at Once
  1. You do not need to login for each individual you want to register, instead
  2. Follow steps 1-8 to register the first individual.
  3. Click on Dealer Events (on the left in the bottom blue box).
  4. Click on the Event for which you want to register.
  5. Click on the desired individual to be registered from the pull down list titled "Member".
  6. Click on all of the functions you wish to attend and click checkout. If there is only one function click it and click checkout.
  7. Verify that the event information listed in the description and price area is accurate.
  8. Enter your credit card information and click checkout.
  9. Repeat this process for each individual you wish to register.

If an individual does not appear in your dealership's employee list, please call WATDA at (608) 251-5577 between 8 am - 5 pm and request that an individual be added.
